A:Interactivity on ITV is where a digital viewer can access additional services (text or video) while watching an ITV programme, using their digital remote control via the 24.7 platform. These services in turn offer new commercial opportunities to advertisers and sponsors and can enable a direct two-way communication between viewer and advertiser. At present, more than 4 million viewers use this platform.
Q: Why would I want to use the 24.7 platform?
A: A: To extend the time that viewers are exposed to a brand, giving them a deeper brand experience – and potentially moving them closer to a purchase decision. However, different brands use interactivity on ITV for different reasons. For example, to convey additional information to the viewer; to showcase longer-form content; or to drive responses and capture data.

A:At present, 4 million press red every month on ITV interactive.
