Boots reveals it is coupling up with ITV2’s Love Island for the second year in a row. The partnership on paper will consist of Boots stocking the villa with a wide variety of irresistible beauty bombshells. This year Boots is sending in even more goodies including head turning makeup, skincare, haircare, grooming products and laying it on thick with Soltan sun cream. Plus brand-new product categories for 2022 include dental, nails, toiletries and travel to show off the best in beauty for a match made in the villa!
We are so excited to be returning to the Love Island villa as beauty partner for the second year running. Following last year’s series the ‘Love Island effect’ certainly hit boots.com with searches and sales for products featured increasing immensely. This is an incredible opportunity for us to showcase the huge offering available at Boots, helping us to reach new audiences. From affordable bargains all the way up to premium beauty treats, we really do have everything you need to find the one this summer.Peter Markey, Chief Marketing Officer at Boots
The exclusive beauty partnership coincides with a new Boots campaign entitled “Better Be Ready to Find the Ones” which will help customers discover the products seen on the show, so they can fall in love with new beauty favourites.
Boots has launched over 68 new brands in the past 24 months so islanders will also have their eye on new faces such as recently relaunched 17 plus Makeup Revolution, Boots Glow Banana, Boots Ingredients Haircare and Sculpted by Aimee. This year will also see the return of much-loved brands such as Fenty, Liz Earle, Soltan, Soap & Glory and Sleek to name a few.
We’re really looking forward to recoupling up with Boots as our beauty partner again as they are bringing the biggest and best in beauty to the villa. We love Boots’ commitment to helping everyone look and feel their best no matter what.Bhavit Chandrani, ITV Director of Creative & Digital Partnerships
