‘’Thank you for the invite and the hospitality last night! We really enjoyed it. Look forward to developing our partnership together next year.’’ Neil Littler, Starbucks

Tuesday night saw Commercial return to London's Southbank - taking over the Royal Festival Hall to host our biggest event of the year, the ITV Palooza!

This year we had an even bigger attendance with more magic, entertainment and a show-stopping night for our valued customers, with talent, producers, commissioners, investors and the press all geared up to enter our magical world of TV.

New faces to the channel for 2020 such as John Bishop, Alan Carr and Mel B joined us, and Kevin Lygo gave an exclusive peak at our 2020 schedule, showing compelling clips across all genres including White House Farm, a harrowing true-crime drama, Quiz, starring Michael Sheen and based on the audacious Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? TV heist, and At Home with the Fury’s, a behind-the-scenes series following the footsteps of former world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury. We can well and truly say there is something for everyone across our channels in 2020.

Kelly Williams and Simon Daglish shared their Commercial message too. They exclusively launched our new addressable advertising platform, Planet V, and revealed the plethora of partnership opportunities available around Euro 2020. Guests also got an insight into some of our brilliant, creative-led campaigns with M&S Food, Love Island and Dunelm in the past year, moving us from being a media partner to a dedicated business partner.

At our launch of the ITV Palooza last year, Carolyn said “we’re only just getting started”. In the past year we have launched BritBox, which is now the biggest streaming collection of British TV ever, and Ant and Dec launched our major new campaign to promote mental wellbeing, Britain Get Talking, earlier this Autumn. Our Eat Them To Defeat Them campaign, which encouraged children to eat nearly 18 million more packs of veg, will be back again early next year.

We’re committed to reducing our environmental impact and this was our most sustainable event yet. We turned the red carpet green - it’s currently being recycled and transformed into energy for housing and we replaced disposable plastic bottles for recyclable cartons. We are are working with Carbon Footprint to offset our carbon emissions from the event, and in turn plant trees in ITV’s name.

Thank you to everyone involved in making this event such a success. From Commercial, ITV Studios, Commercial Marketing and Experiences, you all help to show how we are More than TV.
