Callum leads the ITV AdVentures media team and ensures our incubator partners are always fully supported - from initial KPI alignment, through to pricing, campaign planning and execution. 
With many years of experience within the television advertising arena, Callum has worked with most media and barter agencies, as well as directly with many businesses. Since the launch of ITV AdVentures in 2019, he has focused his energy solely on working with startup and scaleup brands.

James Jennings


James began his career at ITV Commercial in 2016. Working across a large portfolio consisting of both major and independent media agencies, James has helped hundreds of advertisers to execute highly effective TV campaigns across the ITV family of channels.
In 2022, James joined the AdVentures media team as Business Manager, and uses his wealth of experience to ensure our incubator partners receive maximum value from their TV campaigns.

Libby joined the ITV AdVentures media team as Senior Business Executive in 2022, from her previous role with a social-first publisher.
During her career so far, Libby has worked closely with a variety of media agencies and clients, and has a strong understanding of the digital and social partnership space. Libby has a keen interest in data and measurement, and is passionate about supporting AdVentures incubator partners at every stage of their TV journey with us.
