Fred Sirieix's Love Letter To Britain

In this series Fred wants to celebrate all the things he’s come to adore about Britain. From the people, history and diverse culture to landscape, coasts and parks and yes…the pubs. Along the way he’ll be tasting Britain’ from the the humble yet magnificent bacon sandwich in a proper ‘caf’ - to more surprising culinary pleasures  like hunting for the delicate truffles only found in South Wales. 

Viewers will be taken on a grand tour around Britain to visit Fred's foodie first loves - the dishes, the flavours and the aromas that made his heart swell. He’s packing his bags, hopping on his trusty eco-motorbike and heading off on a homage to his adopted homeland.
