We join World and Olympic Champion, and the most successful male track distance runner ever, Sir Mo Farah as he embarks on a transformative journey with a group of people each battling their own personal mental health problems.

Mo believes in the significant role physical health can play in helping improve and sustain good mental health and so he is on a mission to get people moving, ONE PERSON AT A TIME.

‘Minds and Miles' follows Mo as he guides and supports the participants along their physical and mental wellness journey, helping them work out how to lead their best lives, and proving that any road to recovery is trodden: ONE STEP AT A TIME.
