In support of COP26, ITV will be taking over ITV main channel for ITV Climate Action Week on 1st November 2021. In an unprecedented national first, as well as taking part in COP26, ITV have created a week of sustainability themed commissions, programming and marketing. The content will be inspiring, entertaining and accessible, to encourage Brits to make simple swaps in their homes for the health of our Home Planet.
We are looking for like-minded, action orientated commercial partners to join forces with ITV Home Planet via the brands, products and solutions that make it easy for our viewers to positively change their behaviour in what will be the biggest environmental communications opportunity in 2021.

‘Sustainability Soaps’ Ad Break Takeover
Put your brand at the heart of our first ever ITV Climate Action Week ad-break to inspire viewers with urgent behavioural changes they can make at home to dramatically reduce their carbon footprint.
ITV Home Planet’s mission is to encourage viewers to reduce their carbon footprint by making simple sustainable swaps at home. So what could be more effective than demonstrating these swaps within the nation’s most famous homes?
This exclusive opportunity will be a bespoke creative solution for six sustainable brands to collectively take over two ad-breaks within our iconic soaps.
Each partner brand will have exclusive access to the set of either Coronation Street or Emmerdale and use of ITV Talent.
Each of our partners will have the chance to own a sustainable behaviour change and provide the brand solution to the sustainable swap, showcasing their leading green credentials.
For maximum impact ‘Sustainability Soaps’ will run twice in contextual ad-breaks in the Soaps across Climate Action Week. In addition, we will offer partners usage rights to be able to run this bespoke creative as a standalone AV asset throughout the week across the ITV Commercial platform.
