* They tend to mix and match between main shops and smaller shops rather than sticking to one

How they eat and cook:
* Freshness is the most important thing when buying groceries. Free-range and low-fat products are also important
* They do not mind cooking and will typically prepare some, if not all, their meals from scratch
* Advertising was generally not perceived to be the cause of obesity in the UK, instead many cited parents’ lack of control
* As a way to help, some said ITV could show healthy eating in prominent shows
