Watch the You View ad

ITV personalities Keith Lemon and Downton Abby's Maggie Smith are among the faces to appear in the slick new You View ad, which aired during The X Factor last weekend.

In the £10m ad campaign, the images of television celebrities are projected onto city buildings, rushing towards a living room with a YouView box. The ad’s tagline reads “Extrordinary TV for everyone”. Watch it now, right!

You View allow users access to 70 digital live channels, catch-up and on-demand programmes from the content libraries of Britain’s biggest names in television - ITV, BBC, Channel 4 and Channel 5.

YouView’s electronic programme guide (EPG) gives users to scroll back seven days to catch-up on programmes they’ve missed and the easy-to-use search lets them find on-demand content by programme or even actor’s name. Features include watching in HD and recording and pausing and rewinding live TV.

YouView is available from retailers with no further TV subscription, or from an ISP as part of a phone and broadband package.
